The stay was great. We got an early check in without requesting the front desk. Very clean rooms and meets our expectation especially when traveling from the US. The vegetarian food was the best that my wife and I ever had and there was a lot of choices and everything was perfect! Everyone was super helpful. Ravinder and ? Rajesh ( sorry writing this review after a month!) were exceptional. Would highly recommend and it is very near to Vaisho Devi helipad. I could see the temple from my room ! It was an exceptional experience overall !

Very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean too, we were delighted to see this after we stayed in Lemon Tree Aerocity. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food, without onion or garlic, which is ideal if you're going to Maa Vaishno Devi temple from here. The staff guided us on the road to take as we wanted to trek up despite having the chopper tickets and advised on do's and don'ts.

The staff were excellent and attentive to needs of guest. Vegetarian food was excellent with a wide variety and chef Darshan and his team to be congratulated. Nagma, Jaidev and all team who worked on these days did well and were very courteous. Excellent location for Maa Vaishnodevi pilgrimage.

Beautiful property with excellent service and good food options. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The views from our room were outstanding. The hotel provides 24hr private shuttle service to the Maa Vaishnodevi hike starting point.

Great atmosphere, and the view of the mountains is spectacular. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend sitting in the dining area! The service was welcoming and everyone was so kind and caring. Will definitely be coming again.
